What can a small company automate?
Almost anything that repeats every day: sorting leads and emails, moving data between spreadsheets, CRM and accounting, invoices and payment reminders, answers to common customer questions, reports for management. We start with whatever takes the most time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the task: one process and a link between several systems differ in price many times over. After the review we name the exact amount and put it in the contract. Support plan prices are above.
How long will it take?
It depends on the scope. We start with one process and test it on your data. Big projects are split into stages and you see results after each one, not only at the end.
Do we have to change the software we use?
Usually not. We connect to what you already use: email, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting. If a program has no way to connect, we'll tell you during the review.
Does it work with our accounting software?
We connect Merit Aktiva, SmartAccounts and Directo. If you use something else, we'll check during the review whether it can be connected.
What if the automation makes a mistake?
Where money or important decisions are involved, the automation prepares a draft and a person confirms it. If something breaks, we fix it under your support plan.
Do you only work with companies?
No, we work with private individuals too. Companies get a contract, a company invoice and documents for their accountant; individuals get a contract and a regular invoice. If you're a sole trader or just setting up a company, write to us too.
We already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. First we look at what's inside. Sometimes it's easier to improve it, sometimes it's cheaper to rebuild. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
Who owns the result?
You do. Code, domain and access are registered to your company.
What languages do you work in?
Russian, Estonian or English. Contracts and invoices are issued in Estonian.
